My name is Karina Bezerra Keogh.

I am a married mother of one boy (born May 2011).

A Brazilian native, I am fluent in Portuguese and English and have been resident in the UK since February 2002.

Before establishing Lucas Choice I worked in the hospitality and business management industries for over ten years.

What Do We Do?

Lucas Choice aims to deliver excellence in nurturing and nutrition for little people through a range of professional childcare services and home cooked food.

Why Childcare And Food?

Like most working parents I encountered the challenges of finding flexible childcare that met my standards and expectations. At the same time I often struggled to find tasty, healthy food choices for babies and toddlers when away from home. I also found that childcare settings placed a low priority on this key element of a child's development and offered no flexibility or choice and inadequate information.

At Lucas Choice Childcare, parents have the opportunity to tailor their own menu for their child to enjoy while they are being cared for here. What's more they can choose to purchase items from the range of easy-to-prepare Lucas Choice food and snacks to serve at home.
